A TT has a lower compression ratio than a N/A because the input mixture is already under pressure. If you pressurize the input mixture to a high degree you need to lower the amount of compression in the cylinder so the mixture won't combust before the spark ignites it. As to the exact numbers, you'd need to sit down with a calculator and some info about A/F mixture and combustibility of that mixture under pressure to figure out what compression ratio to build the engine to and how much boost to run.
